Instructions:

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.

 

Put the strap around your feet.

 

Grab the strap with both hands.

  • Keep your elbows tucked in.
  • Palms facing up.
 

Gently bend forward and pull the strap to increase the intensity.

 

Try to hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds.

 

For more results, repeat several times with 3-5 seconds rest in between repetitions.
